Welcome to our mobile application (the “App”), operated by Qualitechnologies LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App

• Use the App in any way that violates laws or third-party rights

• Interfere with or damage the operation of the App

2. Intellectual Property

All content in the App (including code, graphics, logos, features, and design) is owned or licensed by Qualitechnologies LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without our prior written consent.

3. User Content (If Applicable)

If the App allows you to upload or create content (text, audio, images, etc.):

• You retain ownership of your content

• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, display, and process that content to operate and improve the App

• You confirm you have the rights to share such content and that it does not violate any laws or rights

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle personal data.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If the App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions:

• Payments are processed through Apple or Google

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• You are responsible for managing or cancelling subscriptions through your store account

• Prices may change; continued use after a price change means you accept the new pricing

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the App. Use it at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qualitechnologies LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we do, we’ll update the “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the App means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Qualitechnologies LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
